tower A and tower B are having 1195 Sq.Ft. apartments. Tower A is having 8
apartments on a single floor and tower B is having 5 apartments on a single
floor. In term of density of flats in a tower, Tower B is better than Tower A.
But in most other factors like, entrance door direction, Sunlight and open view
tower A is better than tower B. In tower A unit no. 1 to 4 are identical in orientation
and all are good but among all unit no. 1 is best as it is a corner apartment.

Sq.Ft. 3bhk Apartments

Sq.t. Apartments are in Tower-E and Tower-F. Tower F is better located then
tower E and road facing units of tower e is best among all units as they are
facing Huge wide open road and that is with 100 meter green belt. Among both
the road facing units, unit no. 1 is good as it is also a corner apartment.
1500
Sq.Ft. 4bhk Apartments
In
case of unit size of 1500 square feet there is only tower G. Tower G is having
6 apartments on a single floor and all the six units are corner apartments. But
among all units, unit no. 1 is better than rest as it would face both the side
roads with authorities’ park. This unit would also have proper sunlight with
proper air movement.

apartments as per my recommendation. For any buyer who is looking to buy 2bhk
apartment unit no. 8 of tower C would be best. For 1195 Sq.Ft. Buyer Unit no. 1

1500 Sq.Ft. apartment unit no. 1 of tower G would be best among all.
