Mahagun Mantra has already kicked up a storm in the real
estate circles long before its official completion. Now the founders have
announced a range of payment options that will enable everybody with a desire
to own their shelter buy a premium luxury villament easily and affordably.

The three payment modes include 1) Down payment plan, 2)
Flexi Payment plan and 3) no pre-EMI payment plan. The down payment plan will
require buyers to pay a down payment of 10% of the total cost of a villament. The
second installment will be 5% of the total cost which has to be paid within 30
days from the date of booking. Te third installment of 80% of the total cost
will be due within 45 days from the date of booking. The remaining 5% is
required only after 42 months from the completion of the raft or 42 months from
30th June’2014 whichever is earlier.
The other mode of payment will require buyers to make
payments at regular intervals that are linked to the completion of the
building. The liability for payment will arise as and parts of the building
gets completed by the developer.
