Mahagun Mantra 2 – the name strikes a chord with luxurious
living spaces that are very scarce in Noida region. The group is all set to
release its latest offering of innovative housing spaces named villaments. Each
of these villaments will be a design merger of a villa and an apartment. The
spiral staircase, a must present prominent feature for any villa will be
present in the Mahagun Mantra 2 too. The staircase will interconnect the two
floors of the villament.
Each unit will consist of a master bedroom furnished with
laminated wooden flooring, vitrified tiles and UPVC or equivalent glazing. The
master bedroom and guest bedrooms will feature 2 ton and 1.5 ton split air
conditioners respectively. Further they will also be fitted with hard wood
frames along with flush door shutters. The living room and dining room will
also be fitted with vitrified tiles and will feature plastic painting on POP
punning.
The kitchen will be most futuristic with ultra-modern
modular settings excepting for chimney and hob. A granite top with stainless
steel sink will complete the kitchen design which can be rated as premium
quality in housing properties. The ceiling of the kitchen will be white washed

will be designed with seven inch ceramic tiles of chosen patterns. The store
room wall will have oil distemper and will have a fan as complementary
fixtures.

be done using powder coated aluminum glazing or identical materials.
